African Immigrant Family Services (AIFS) in Omaha seeks a VISTA member to build the capital resource development infrastructure, including a grant prospect pipeline, a grant calendar, a proposal library, and donor relations systems. The role strengthens AIFS's long-term funding by creating templates, reports, and partnerships with schools and community partners.

You will help design a fundraising plan, establish corporate sponsorships, and improve reporting for program compliance while working

Qualifications

• Must assist in grant prospect research and management.
• Develop grant calendar and compliance tracking for reporting deadlines.
• Create a proposal library and reproducible templates.
• Develop donor stewardship and relationships.
• Establish corporate sponsorship program and annual fundraising plan.
