Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. in Chantilly, VA seeks an Intermediate Resource Analyst to manage budgets and resources for NRO programs. This role develops executive briefings, performs multi-faceted analyses, and identifies program risks for senior leadership.

The analyst will review program data, recommend resource allocations, and draft responses for senior management, with on-site work in a secure facility and TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical OR Business-related discipline with target 6 years of relevant IC/DOD experience.
• Or Associate’s Degree with 16 years total IC/DOD experience, including 5 years in NRO.
• Security clearance TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations on program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Review data in NEXT, NRO FIRsT, NEAR, NFIS, FIT, EpX Studio, and SNaP systems for accuracy.
• Provide resource guidance and trade-off analyses to senior managers.
• Draft, review, and edit budgets, briefings, and talking points for leadership.
• Coordinate operating guidance with Congressional marks and management decisions.
