The Resort Worker at Guest Services, Inc. participates in most day-to-day operations of the Lodge while delivering high-quality customer service at all times. The role requires cross-training across housekeeping, front desk, retail, groundskeeping, and food service to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Key tasks include serving customers, handling payments, restocking supplies, maintaining clean stations, and supporting the Shift Supervisor or Manager with assigned duties as needed.
