Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia, seeks a friendly valet/bell staff member to warmly greet guests and assist with luggage while providing professional parking services on-site.

You will help guests with directions and resort information, maintaining a service-oriented presence and supporting other departments as needed throughout shifts.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid, clean driver's license.
• Previous hotel, resort, valet, bell service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.

• Must be personable, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the team.
