Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a comfortable, welcoming home for residents in a close-knit community. You will build connections with residents, guests, and team members while performing thorough cleaning and upkeep of apartments and shared spaces.

The role emphasizes attention to resident preferences, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences and adjust apartment cleaning accordingly.
• Clean residents' apartments and common spaces on a regular schedule (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash).
• Perform deep cleaning for move-outs and prepare vacants for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites; restock supplies and check HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; follow PPE guidelines and use approved products.
