Job summary

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• One year of work experience and a desire to learn and work hard.
• Read and write English clearly; interpret menus and recipes and follow directions.
• Good visual and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of people.
• Willing to be cross-trained in all areas of the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the customer: understand the internal/external customer and meet their needs.
• Perform customer service, food service, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies.
• Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station area; stock and maintain station area with supplies and products.
• Improve continuously: assess and improve current practices for efficiency.
• May be assigned to other duties by the Shift Supervisor or Manager(s).
