Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist servers as necessary to ensure smooth service.
• Know all menus and wine lists for guest inquiries.
• Serve guests and internal employees in a professional manner.
• Reset tables with proper service ware after each course.
• Keep workstation clean and organized at all times.
• Read memos and follow updates from management.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Report to Restaurant Manager before ending shift.
• Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively about the resort.
• Foster a teamwork-focused environment by helping colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Know the resort layout and operate efficiently as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
