Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of law enforcement, security, emergency services or military experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company or company-insured vehicle with valid license and complete MVR checks as required.
• Identify, fix or report unsafe conditions or equipment.
• Respond to incidents/accidents and conduct investigations.
• Interview, gather and document statements clearly for investigations.
• Maintain accurate shift, vehicle and equipment logs; distribute paychecks as needed.
• Patrol resort properties on foot and by vehicle; use CCTV, alarms and keyless entry systems.
• Conduct bag and package checks and control access to property.
• Read maps, issue keys, and manage key logs; handle lost and found items.
• Escort employees, guests and members to parking areas; inspect safety equipment.
• Learn and operate resort fire and burglar alarm systems; perform varied shifts including nights and holidays.
