Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Security Guard for Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Hawaii. You will help ensure guest and staff safety, monitor the property, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior security experience preferred, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. English fluency and knowledge of emergency procedures are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience; hotel background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures; first aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
