Job summary

Inn at Bay Harbor is seeking a dedicated Safety/Security Officer to protect guests and property on a year-round basis. You will perform protective duties, manage emergencies with courtesy, and support a quiet, secure environment for all visitors and team members.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already held. Strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Available to work varying days including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol resort grounds on foot/vehicle to ensure security and safety.
• Monitor interior and exterior areas for risks or disturbances.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and guest/employee requests promptly.
• Administer CPR/First Aid and provide assistance as trained.
• Check IDs for visitors and authorized personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear incident reports documenting events.
