Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift and set up service areas.
• Greet guests and seat or assist them as they arrive.
• Describe menu items and guide guests through dining options with confident upselling.
• Take accurate orders, confirm special requests, and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu details to enhance guest conversations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff for smooth service.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills accurately and finalize the dining experience.
