Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Recreation Team Member to support guest activities, poolside experiences, wellness programming, and resort entertainment. You’ll help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.

This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, staying active, and thriving in a fast-paced resort environment. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous recreation, hospitality, resort, entertainment, guest activities, customer service, camp, or event experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with an energetic personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality or resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily recreation operations including guest activities, poolside events, wellness experiences, family programming, and resort entertainment.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner to create fun experiences.
• Set up, organize, and facilitate games, activities, fitness classes, events, and recreational programming.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across pools and recreational spaces.
• Provide guests with information about activities, amenities, schedules, and local attractions.
