Job summary

ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company is seeking a solution-oriented Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. You will provide on-site pool cleaning and maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and communicate effective solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate can work outdoors, lift up to 100 lbs, and use our Pool Ops platform. Franchisee employment applies; company truck with stocked tools is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• High school diploma preferred; Certified Pool Operator License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly pool cleaning and daily repair task schedule.
• Handle and adjust pool chemicals while following safety procedures.
• Diagnose equipment issues and communicate solutions to customers.
• Repair pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, and related equipment.
• Utilize a smartphone for Pool Ops platform and stay stocked with inventory.
