You will manage staff, budgets, and marketing initiatives, drive occupancy, and optimize profitability through effective operations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of property management experience.
• Strong operational management skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and insurance.
• Sales and marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and prospective customers.
• Oversee daily resort operations including buildings, grounds, amenities, and community assets.
• Ensure property is clean, safe, attractive, and maintained to company standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop resort team members.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze the resort's operating budget and identify cost improvements.
• Maximize profitability through expense management and revenue initiatives.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to attract guests and increase occupancy.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to support campaigns and events.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational and financial reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest concerns with high satisfaction.
