Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring for an in-person marketing role at our resort locations. You will meet with prospective and current owners, schedule presentations, and act as a positive brand ambassador.

The role involves greeting guests, presenting tours, qualifying leads, and coordinating sales presentations with resort staff. You will participate in continuous training, stay updated on marketing materials, and work toward performance goals within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies and standards.
• Attend training sessions, stay current on marketing materials, and set performance goals.
