Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Oregon is seeking an in-person Sales/Marketing associate to greet guests at our resorts, present at sales-preview tours, and qualify prospective customers. You will collaborate with resort staff to ensure smooth arrivals and maintain a high standard of customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are expected.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and general computer skills; comfortable with smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all policies and goals.
