Pet Paradise seeks a Resort Manager to lead the Dripping Springs Resort in the Austin area. The role oversees daily operations, staff, guest experience, and safety for a busy pet care facility.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in management with 20–30 staff experience, a preferred Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Onsite work with weekend/holiday flexibility, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a management role overseeing at least 20 to 30 employees.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to train, guide, and motivate employees.
• Prior experience interviewing, hiring, evaluating candidates, and assessing performance.
• Leadership experience in animal care, retail, hospitality operations, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations and staff oversight to ensure high standards of conduct, cleanliness, and safety.
• Create and manage staff schedules, payroll submissions, and labor budgets.
• Oversee hiring and termination decisions, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop team through leadership programs and internal development opportunities.
• Maintain customer service metrics including NPS and online reviews; drive sales and performance.
• Communicate across resort, regional, and corporate teams; coordinate with maintenance for facilities.
