Job summary

The Auberge Collection seeks a senior operations leader for The Lodge at Blue Sky in Park City, Utah. You will report to the General Manager and lead all operating departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury level.

As a strategic partner, you will guide goals, drive vision, and implement changes that strengthen the business. You will champion the company culture and stay abreast of market trends and property systems for ongoing excellence.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ operating experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel.
• Preferably with both Rooms and Food & Beverage experience.
• Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
