Job Summary:
The Resort Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing carpentry work throughout the resort’s base area and on-mountain facilities. This role focuses on building, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using both in-house resources and outside contractors when appropriate. The position supports resort operations by ensuring buildings, guest spaces, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Physical and Mental Demands:
Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including summer heat and humidity, and winter conditions such as cold temperatures, snow, wind, and ice. Work may take place on uneven terrain, ladders, scaffolding, or elevated work areas. Appropriate safety equipment will be provided as needed.
