Responsibilities

• Apply maintenance knowledge to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Perform plumbing tasks including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, switches and sockets; troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete preventative programs on systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls, drywall, paint and textures.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
