Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Make-ready unit maintenance work as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and remove trash.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
