Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Household repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, and motors.
• Repairs to plumbing fixtures, piping, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, doors, windows, carpeting, and related elements.
• General mechanical maintenance on pumps, heaters, and equipment.
• Maintain logs and submit reports as required.
