With a focus on strategic leadership, you will manage teams, budgets, and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong candidates will have 7-12 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-12+ years of leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across the resort including rides and facilities.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
• Lead a team focused on continuous improvement and safety.
