Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping Department, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff, ensuring policy adherence and high service standards. Identify procedural improvements and collaborate with management for approval. Conduct quality checks and provide ongoing training.
2. Operational Management: Oversee daily property performance through inspections and follow-ups. Inspect guest rooms for quality. Manage payroll and departmental costs. Ensure supplies are available and operational records are maintained.
3. Inventory and Administration: Control guest and housekeeping supplies and linen inventory. Develop operational plans for staff absences to ensure service continuity.
4. Compliance and Communication: Maintain OSHA compliance and effective inter-departmental communication. Perform additional duties as needed for smooth operations.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Supervisory experience in housekeeping is required; condo-property experience is preferred.
