Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Common Area Attendant to keep guest-facing areas of the resort clean and welcoming, indoors and outdoors, ensuring comfort for all guests.

You will perform dusting, polishing, floor care, restroom restocking, trash removal and reporting of any damage. A professional appearance, excellent service, and team-orientated mindset are essential for success at our Utah property.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and welcoming common areas throughout the resort, indoors and outdoors.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors and fixtures; wash floors, windows and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets; restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash, transport materials to disposal and recycling areas; report damage or missing items; respond to guest inquiries promptly.
