MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for Housekeeper roles in the hospitality sector. You will maintain cleanliness across resort property units, following the company mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs (with or without accommodations).
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness and promptness with assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks).
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Report damaged or dirty carpets, drapes, furniture, or linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and apply training.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in guest complaint resolution promptly.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to turn units on time.
