Responsibilities

• Turn spreads down over foot of bed and prepare room for guests.
• Greet guests and respond to requests with a professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock towels, amenities, and beverages as needed.
• Ensure room lighting, climate, and TV/HBO settings are ready per standards.
• Assist with laundry, ironing, and uniform upkeep.
• Provide friendly farewell and assist with guest needs as required.
