Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units and upholding quality standards. You will clean sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, while replenishing supplies and maintaining linens.

You’ll respond to guest questions to ensure satisfaction and uphold a positive guest experience. We value a fast-paced, team-oriented professional with strong communication and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees and owners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and sanitize areas as required.
• Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and handle guest inquiries.
• Ensure guest concerns are resolved to improve satisfaction.
