Job summary

Brasada Ranch is seeking a Groundskeeper I to maintain resort grounds and deliver outstanding guest service. The role requires knowledge of landscaping tools, physical endurance, and the ability to work in a team.

Training will be provided to ensure daily tasks meet standards set by the Landscaping Supervisor. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, litter removal, and supporting special landscape projects.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of landscaping procedures and expectations.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mow or edge lawns with power mowers or edgers.
• Care for lawns by mowing, weeding, trimming around beds and paths.
• Use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruning saws) for maintenance.
• Prune trees/shrubs using shears and pruners.
• Operate backpack blower for debris control.
• Clear litter from all areas of property.
• Participate in special landscaping or planting projects.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain grounds and building.
• Communicate issues with team leaders promptly.
• Stay self-motivated and organize duties efficiently.
