Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the property.

You will collaborate with Building Technicians and Custodians while supporting daily resort operations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes responsible irrigation monitoring, landscape upkeep, and timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds daily and keep areas clean.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape as needed.
• Monitor irrigation and sprinkler systems for peak efficiency.
• Keep roadways, loading areas, parking and walkways free of litter.
• Ensure safety by reporting damaged or faulty equipment or areas.
