Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Bastrop, TX, is seeking a Grounds Attendant. You will maintain the resort grounds, operate landscape equipment, and assist with various outdoor tasks to keep the property lush and inviting for guests.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, can collaborate with teammates, and maintain safety and quality standards on all assignments, including lifting and carrying loads as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds by weeding, watering, raking, planting and related landscaping tasks.
• Operate small and heavy machinery to assist with grounds maintenance.
• Lift moderate to heavy loads as needed for landscaping projects.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and stay attentive to safety and quality.
• Collaborate with a team while also able to work independently.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
