Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and clean appearance for the property
• Empty outdoor trash cans and ashtrays
• Remove trash from parking lots and sidewalks
• Maintain and inspect interior and exterior of buildings
• Maintain grounds including mowing, sweeping, raking and laying sod
• Perform snow shoveling, plowing and removal
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Move office equipment and furniture as requested
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Perform light carpentry and plumbing repairs
• Set up and maintain Event Center air walls and bleachers
