Job summary

Sun Outdoors in New York is seeking Resort Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our resort properties, including building repairs, grounds upkeep, streets, and facility systems, while delivering excellent guest and resident service.

You will inspect irrigation and playground areas, clean and maintain common areas, operate power tools and machinery, and assist with site setups for guest arrivals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 6 months in campground or RV resort maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in seasonal temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on resort facilities.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and grounds.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation, playgrounds, pools and streets.
• Assist with site setups to ensure guest arrivals and departures.
