Job summary
Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a skilled hardscape installer responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of concrete hardscape elements across the resort. Proficiency with cementitious, epoxy, resinous, MMA, and acrylic chip applications, sealers, and stains is required to meet aesthetic and functional standards.
The role emphasizes high-quality finishes, careful material handling, and adherence to safety policies while contributing to the resort's themed environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years general construction experience with cementitious work (pouring, screeding, repairing, staining, sealing).
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Install new concrete by calculating material requirements and measuring area.
- Apply finishing stamps, release agents, and stamp into concrete.
- Apply topcoats and coatings including stains, epoxy, resinous coatings, MMA, and quartz systems.
- Review design plans/blueprints to ensure finishes align with creative vision; inspect exterior/internal hardscape.
- Maintain records of work and materials used; organize tools and materials.
- Follow Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per policy.
