Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations across multiple dining venues to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members while fostering engagement and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service standards, improve efficiencies, and elevate guest satisfaction.
• Ensure dining, bar, and back-of-house areas meet high standards through proactive oversight.
