Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO seeks Part-Time Servers who value genuine hospitality and attentive service. You’ll greet guests, guide them through menus, manage multiple tables, and coordinate with the team to keep service smooth. Shifts are 7:00am to 1:00pm, weekends and holidays required.

Pay rate is $15.16 per hour plus tips. Minimum requirements include 1 year in F&B (preferred), must be 21+, and able to stand up to 8 hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in F&B preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Passion for food and beverage
• Passion for Hospitality

Responsabilités

• Deliver polished, attentive service from greeting through farewell
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and daily menu selections with confidence
• Anticipate needs, personalize service, and respond quickly to guest requests
• Manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency during busy periods
• Build genuine guest connections that turn a great meal into a memorable experience
• Communicate and coordinate with the team to keep service running smoothly
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism, good judgment, and a solutions-focused approach
