Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking a Food & Beverage Support Team Member to assist Colletta’s servers and bartenders and help keep service moving for a seamless guest experience.

This role offers Part-Time, Full-Time Seasonal, and Year‑Round opportunities with shifts from 1:00pm to 9:00pm or 4:00pm to 11:00pm, starting ASAP. Pay is $16 per hour, with listed benefits and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on feet for hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to carry trays and plates of varying sizes and weights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while keeping service flowing.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests throughout each shift.
• Reset and prepare tables so every guest walks into a polished, welcoming space.
• Support bartenders with stocking, glassware, bar setup, and maintaining an efficient work area.
• Anticipate team needs and jump in to keep operations moving.

Minimum Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated, driven candidate with a strong work-ethic and an eye for detail/cleanliness. This is a fast paced environment which requires the ability to stay on your feet for hours at a time and walk with pace. You will also be expected to be able to carry trays and plates of varying sizes and weights.
