The Floorcare Technician will maintain carpeted areas, follow safety procedures, and support guest satisfaction through timely, high-quality service. We offer competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 months full-time related experience.
• Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work; mentor approval before working alone.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Inspect areas prior to cleaning for damage and stains.
• Use carpet cleaning equipment properly and safely.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedures.
• Assist resort guests and owners; create strong customer relations.
