Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Villas seeks an enthusiastic bartender for our resort in Texas. The role involves crafting beverages, delivering personalized recommendations, and maintaining a clean, appealing bar setup.

Candidates should be familiar with current mixology trends and state serving guidelines. Work is in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with indoor and outdoor components, reporting to the Beverage Department.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule through the week, including weekends.
• Ability to work in an environment that is indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide libations and offer customized recommendations.
• Maintain an attractive and sanitary bar setup.
• Stay updated on mixology trends and bar equipment.
• Collaborate with Beverage Department and other outlets.
