Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX, is seeking a Resort Bartender to provide friendly, responsive service and craft quality beverages that enhance the guest experience. As part of our team, you’ll embody the Lead with Love promise, greet guests, suggest menu items, manage orders in POS, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a bartender’s license, and have prior full-service/beer venues experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol awareness/safety class and state-certified food handling certification may be required.
• Bartender license required.
• Prior restaurant/bartender/lounge experience in a full-service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, inform them of specials, and recommend beverages.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system for kitchen and bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and properly handle glassware.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and act to ensure safety and compliance.
• Deliver consistent, friendly service to create memorable experiences.
