Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Bartender for B-Lux Burgers, Shakes, and Fries. You will craft beverages, provide attentive service, and engage guests to create memorable experiences.

You will join a team that upholds our Promise to Lead with Love while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Must hold bartending experience in a full-service setting and a valid bartender license.

Qualifications

• Bartender’s license required.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Must meet alcohol awareness and safe handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, and suggest drinks.
• Take orders, input into POS, and coordinate with kitchen/bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and ensure guests are served promptly.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure guest safety in accordance with policy.
