Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a certified Pool/Aquatics Technician to manage and maintain our Naples-area resort pools and water features. You will ensure water quality, operate pumps and filtration systems, and uphold safety standards for guests and associates.

The role requires a CPO certification and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on compliance, preventive maintenance, and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial aquatic facilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pool and spa water chemistry and chemical treatment.
  • Ability to identify water-quality issues and equipment malfunctions and document maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain bathing water facilities (pools, spas, hot tubs, water features) and ensure safe operation.
  • Perform water testing and document parameters like chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid.
  • Maintain and service pumps, filtration, circulation systems, and chemical feed equipment.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and coordinate with Engineering and Recreation teams as needed.
  • Ensure guest safety through routine inspections of aquatic areas and adherence to safety procedures.
