Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Activities Associate to provide personalized guest engagement and coordinate resort activities, including outdoor sports, fitness classes, kids programs, wellness experiences, and cultural events.

The role focuses on safety, maintenance of recreation spaces, and helping develop innovative experiences that match the Inn's luxury standards. A candidate with at least 1 year in hospitality and a passion for wellness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, recreation or customer service.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Comfortable speaking in a group setting with attention to detail.
• Passion for wellness, fitness, events and outdoor activities trends.
• Ability to lead and engage groups of guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Provide personalized service to guests for resort activities.
• Activity Coordination: Lead and assist with scheduled activities (outdoors, fitness, kids programs).
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor recreation areas and follow safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Keep spaces clean, organized, and ready for activities.
• Program Development: Help create new recreational experiences aligned with luxury standards.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate across departments for seamless experiences.
