Vacatia, Inc. is seeking an Activities Manager for Palm Beach Shores Resort to lead our guest experience and resort recreation. You will supervise the Activities and Pool teams, plan events, ensure safety, and drive high-quality service daily.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality management, strong leadership, and a guest-first mindset. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, with proficiency in Word and Excel and a GED or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong guest service mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard business systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Activities and Pool teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Plan, schedule, promote, and execute resort activities and special events.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all recreational areas.
• Respond to guest needs, handle service recovery, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, schedule, and manage staff performance and development.
• Coordinate with all departments to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and continuously improve programming and service delivery.
