Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks an Activities Assistant in Elkton, Florida to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events, delivering exceptional guest experiences across our properties.

You will coordinate all phases of activities from concept to completion and work closely with resort teams to ensure smooth execution. The role emphasizes strong organizational and scheduling abilities, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize by customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and successfully execute events and activities.
• Conduct appropriate and engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities and events within specified budgets.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with managers and other staff members.
