Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activities Associate to create engaging guest programs and oversee activity spaces across the resort. You will lead entertainment, monitor guests, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires strong communication, creativity, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate shuttles or vans is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise good judgement with guests and team.
• State driver’s license and ability to operate large vehicles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Certifications such as Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.
• Monitor, supervise and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities.
• Conduct and record inspections of activity areas per company standards.
• Manage a cash bank following cashiering procedures.
• Attend required trainings.
• Handle safety issues and incidents promptly.
