We are seeking a highly motivated and solutions-oriented Resolution Advisor to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador, managing escalated client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Reporting to the Digital Resolutions Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering one-call resolution whenever possible, supporting service excellence, and helping elevate the overall client experience through thoughtful feedback and cross-functional collaboration.

Missions

As a Louis Vuitton Resolution Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Resolution: Assess and manage escalated client issues, thoroughly reviewing previous interactions and case history to determine appropriate and effective resolutions that align with Louis Vuitton service standards.
• One-Call Resolution: Promote a culture of ownership by working to resolve client concerns efficiently and thoughtfully, with a focus on delivering a seamless and satisfying experience whenever possible.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand by upholding the Maison’s Service Commitments and ensuring every client is treated with the highest level of care and respect.
• Case Expertise: Provide comprehensive guidance and expertise on case resolution, applying internal policies, procedures, and cross-functional resources to support sound decision-making.
• Team Support and Feedback: Act as a resource for team members and proactively share observations with leadership regarding training opportunities, performance trends, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate case documentation, contribute to audits and trend analysis, participate in calibration sessions, and support departmental objectives through strong collaboration and accountability.
