Precise Metal Products in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Resistance Welder for the 2nd shift to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will set up and operate resistance welding equipment, interpret blueprints, inspect welds, and maintain quality while following 5S and safety protocols.

This role requires 5+ years in aerospace or precision welding, familiarity with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and AWS D17.2 standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of resistance welding experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with aerospace materials such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel.
  • Ability to read and interpret aerospace blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience with AWS D17.2 and/or other applicable aerospace welding standards preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Job Summary:

Precise Metal Products is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Resistance Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision welding using resistance welding equipment to assemble aerospace components and assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
