Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks a Resinous Field Supervisor to lead resinous flooring projects across the Southwest and Midwest regions. This hands‑on role requires guiding crews, training installers, coordinating with operations, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution of epoxy and resinous systems.

You will oversee safety, quality control, and jobsite discipline while communicating progress to project managers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of resinous flooring experience (epoxy, urethane, MMA, etc.).
• Proven leadership as field supervisor or foreman.
• Strong understanding of floor prep, moisture mitigation, cove systems, and coating application.
• Ability to read specs and interpret SOWs.
• Able to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead field crews on resinous flooring projects across multiple states.
• Ensure quality installation practices, proper material use, and jobsite safety.
• Coordinate job schedules, site mobilization, and crew planning with operations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to installers and foremen.
• Communicate with project managers and sales reps regarding progress and issues.
• Conduct job walks, punch lists, and project closeouts.
• Track daily production, labor and material usage.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest region as needed.

Questmark is seeking a driven and experienced Resinous Field Supervisor to lead and oversee resinous flooring projects across the Southwest region. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, can lead by example, and knows how to deliver quality work on time and on budget.

As our Resinous Field Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing crews, training installers, coordinating with operations managers and ensuring the successful execution of epoxy and resinous flooring jobs.
