Job summary

GTI seeks a laboratory technician to perform resin and finished product testing to ensure quality and productivity within the plant manufacturing facility.

You will run tests on resin bases and additives, analyze results, manage data in spreadsheets, prepare samples for outside labs, and document results for the material manager and engineers. This role requires attention to detail and basic math/computer skills, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience with exposure to GTI products preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on resin bases and additives to support materials and engineering groups.
• Analyze and interpret test results and communicate findings.
• Maintain, operate, and care for lab testing equipment and supplies.
• Input test data into spreadsheets and databases.
• Prepare samples and deliver to approved outside labs when needed.
• Document raw material test results and create resin certifications.
